MIMOS Junior Academy (MJA) has a long-standing tradition of nurturing young learners. Originally established as Tadika Tunas Cemerlang MIMOS (TTCM) in 1998 at Sri Petaling for children of MIMOS staff, the school moved to the MIMOS building later that year. In 2000, MIMOS Berhad officially took over management, and in 2002, it was renamed Tadika MIMOS.

In 2022, the school expanded enrolment to include children from outside MIMOS staff families. On 21st February 2025, Tadika MIMOS was officially transformed into MIMOS Junior Academy (MJA), entering a new chapter focused on STEM-based, holistic early childhood education, preparing children for a technology-driven and rapidly evolving future.
