How are healthy habits encouraged?

Daily routines such as handwashing, tooth brushing, and making healthy food choices are practised consistently to build positive lifelong habits.

Who plans the meals and health guidelines?

All meals and health practices at MJA are reviewed by a qualified nutritionist and follow Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM) guidelines. The meal plan may be adjusted based on children’s preferences, dietary restrictions, or allergies. We usually avoid foods that commonly trigger allergies and serve only halal meals.
