What is taught in Islamic Education at MJA?

Children learn Huruf Hijaiyah, Jawi letters, basic duas, and Islamic values (akhlaq) through stories, songs, and hands-on activities.

What is included in Fardhu ‘Ain lessons?

Children practise Iqra’ reading and practical solat (amali solat), learning how to perform basic prayers correctly.

How are lessons conducted?

Islamic Education is usually taught in Malay, with dual-language explanations in English when needed so every child can understand. Lessons combine formal learning (reading, recitation, writing) with hands-on practice such as solat or roleplay.

How is learning applied in daily life?

Children are encouraged to practise Islamic manners, prayers, and cleanliness in everyday routines, helping them apply what they learn naturally and confidently.
